As always great and delicious :) Time was ok but this time the citizens were unfortunately only lukewarm.

What can you say! Really every single component is a convince product, unfortunately not a good one. You can really taste the preservatives. Nothing is fresh. I wonder how some here rate this food with 5 stars. Sad!!

The citizens arrived at my place 1 hour late. The voucher that you should get according to the brochure if the delivery takes longer than 30 minutes. takes, I should go to the headquarters, the driver said to me whether the driver should give me one according to the brochure. Who wants to attribute that because of just one star. You can eat citizens but unfortunately the citizens were only slightly warm. RG: hh10-53197

The burger patty was like a frozen patty which you can buy from Lidl and Aldi. The bread was not fresh and really bad quality. It’s not worthy in terms of price and quality

Actually always been satisfied. On my last order, the food arrived ice cold. Delivery time: 20 minutes. They promised an answer to my immediate call, as no one is currently being reached. Unfortunately, I haven't received any feedback to date, which is a shame. For me one of the best burger delivery services, but that's a no go. Maybe there will be another reaction ... The complaint has now been responded to.

I give a point as my order was delivered ... the poor service left me angry and stunned! Burger arrived cold, the replacement promised after the phone call was brought by an unfriendly messenger who insinuated to me (loudly in the stairwell) that I would sneak the new burger because I had thrown the cold one in the trash !!! I was also treated absolutely rude over the phone! No attempt to compensate me ... So that I finally brought the new burger back personally .... Conclusion: Almost € 15 paid for the Coke and French fries that I lost my appetite for ... NEVER guaranteed AGAIN!!!

Fast delivery, decent food. Could be delivered a little warmer.

The veggi burger was actually quite delicious ... unfortunately half of the order was forgotten and the mayonnaise tasted musty ... was probably older 😉

Order about 30 burgers, 25% of people received the wrong burger. (Double Me not delivered, as well as completely different burger) French fries were extremely cold and burgers were also at most lukewarm. Sorry, but I get more for my money at B. K.

The burgers are delicious, out of the question. But the deliveries under all sow! Burgers are pre-ordered at 12:30 and they will be delivered at 12:45 and then only lukewarm! Sorry that has happened again and again and with a delivery flat rate of 1.99, in my opinion, unacceptable.

The first time. Hammer! Delicious, warm and there in 20 minutes. That was not the last time !!

We ordered for the first time in the Norderstedt branch today, but certainly not the last time! Very tasty burgers with fresh (!) Ingredients at fair prices. The fries were surprisingly crispy despite the 20-minute drive! The staff is also friendly - that's how it has to be :) The only criticism: a hint of more sauce could not harm the burgers, but it also tastes so delicious!

Very expensive. The eye eats too, unfortunately not here. Very fast delivery, you know why. If there is an extra wish, no one in the shop will get the idea that something is wrong and will not even call.

Good burgers. Wooden seats are available. Parking is available but limited due to the location. More expensive then the two big burger chains - the price is acceptable for the bigger amount and higher quality.

Not only our guests are thrilled by you, we order every other day with you and are more than satisfied. Thank you that you exist ! Mega delicious, whether at delivery or suburb !!
